Airman's Ground Gains Global Recognition at WAI Riyadh 2025

Capt. Qaddar Sarfraz · 21 December 2024

Recognition at the Women in Aviation International (WAI) Riyadh General Assembly became a milestone for the global aviation community and for Airman's Ground. In front of aviation leaders and stakeholders, Human Factor Scholarship students were called on stage and formally recognized with certificates of completion.

For the academy, the moment affirmed a core belief: the future of aviation depends on how well we train the human behind the controls—not only the procedures they can repeat.

Why human factors belong center stage

For decades, human factors, emotional resilience, and cognitive performance have been underrepresented in pilot development relative to raw technical metrics. The Human Factor Scholarship exists to rebalance that narrative.

Great pilots are not defined by technical skill alone—but by clarity of mind, emotional regulation, and decision-making under pressure.

What recognition signals for students

Scholarship recipients represented more than individual achievement—they reflected continuous self-development, courage beyond comfort zones, and a mindset focused on responsibility, awareness, and leadership. That is the standard Airman's Ground aims to uphold as a global aviation education partner.

Not an ATO—a foundation

Airman's Ground is a preparatory institute supporting first-time success stories: ATPL, CPL, and PPL exam preparation with structured mentorship and human-centric training grounded in cockpit realities. Recognition at WAI Riyadh underscores that integrity of philosophy and the responsibility that comes with leadership in aviation education.
