Pilot training

Pilot trainingstart with ground school

Whether you are beginning PPL theory or advancing toward CPL and ATPL exams, live 1:1 instruction keeps you on track with a personalized study plan.

Pilot training is the umbrella term for education toward a pilot license. It includes ground school (aviation subjects and regulations), flight instruction in aircraft, and the exams required by your regulator. Airman's Ground specializes in the ground-school and exam-prep phase with live online teaching.

Where to start

Most students begin with a discovery call and demo class, then enroll in subject packages aligned to their target license.

  • Free demo class to experience our teaching style
  • Subject packages for PPL, CPL, ATPL, IR, conversion
  • Custom study plan after enrollment

Online pilot training with live instructors

Our pilot training is delivered as live online ground school—not a library of videos you watch alone.

  • 1:1 sessions scheduled in your time zone
  • Instructors with authority-specific experience
  • Unlimited hours until you pass (per subject)

After ground school: flight hours

Theory and exams are only part of licensing. Plan flight training with a school or club near you while you complete ground school with us.

  • We do not provide aircraft or on-site flight instruction
  • Many students use us for theory while training locally for hours

Common questions

How much does pilot training cost?
Total cost depends on flight hours (with your school), medical certificates, and how many theory subjects you take with us. After a demo class we give transparent package pricing for ground school.
How long does pilot training take?
Ground school duration depends on your pace and subjects. Flight-hour requirements are set by your regulator (for example, roughly 40 hours toward PPL in many syllabi, with more for CPL and ATPL).
Do you help with ATPL frozen exams?
Yes. Many students use our ATPL and subject packages while preparing for ATPL frozen exams during CPL training.
